What is NexusIntel?
NexusIntel brings marketing channel performance, lead journeys, and reporting into one workspace. The interactive demo shows the dashboard using embedded reference data.
Does the demo use my business data?
No. The public dashboard demo uses embedded reference data and runs separately from your signed-in workspace.
What data can I connect today?
The current workspace includes a Google Analytics connection that requests read-only Analytics access, plus spreadsheet imports for supported marketing metrics. Available features depend on the configured environment.
How are Analytics credentials protected?
The app encrypts OAuth tokens with AES-256-GCM on the server before storing them. Disconnecting the property removes the saved credentials. Production key management must be configured by the operator.
Can other workspaces see our data?
The app uses organization-scoped records, membership checks, and row-level security policies. Production tenant isolation has not yet been confirmed with live cross-tenant tests, so we do not present it as independently verified.
Can I upload customer or patient information?
Please do not. Use aggregate marketing outcomes only. The product is not designed for patient details or other sensitive personal information.
Is NexusIntel production-ready or independently certified?
NexusIntel is under active development. The codebase contains access controls and credential encryption, but live deployment configuration, tenant isolation testing, and independent certification are not complete or claimed.
How do I remove a connected Analytics property?
A workspace owner or admin can disconnect it in workspace settings. The connection flow deletes the saved OAuth credentials. Data retention and account deletion requests still need a documented production process.
